Dawn helped me organize a 5 week European vacation including multiple flights, destinations, transfers to and from airport etc. She made all the inquiries if I had questions, including phoning hotels and tour companies, she made me a detailed itinerary for my trip so I always knew where I was going, the flight confirmation number to check in with, hotels and contact numbers for transfers etc. She is organized and efficient! I wouldn’t have had the patience to put it all together myself!
